How long will it take my order to be dispatched?Our products are made to order, we aim to get items made and sent within 3 business days. Bespoke items could take a little longer but this is usually within 5 businsess days.

Do you offer free delivery?Yes! We do! For orders over £35 we offer free standard delivery and orders over £65 we offer free express delivery.

Can I return my bespoke item?Unfortuntely you are unable to return your bespoke order as we will not be able to sell it to another customer. If the item is damaged on receipt, please email info@dogandleafdesign.co.uk ands we can send you proof of postage and purchase so you can submit a claim.
