SHIPPING POLICY
UK DELIVERY

We offer free standard delivery to any UK address as standard for orders of £35 and over and free express delivery for orders £65 and over. We will post items 2-3 days after we receive your order. Our products are made to order, we pride ourselves on making products as soon as possible and to the highest standard. Sometimes we are able to make and post orders in one day, so you could receive your order as little as two days after ordering depending on delivery service you have selected.

Please do bear in mind that if you order bespoke items our dispatch time can vary, we do quote a 1-5 day turnaround time to be on the safe side so please make sure you take this into account when ordering. This also gives us the time for our detailed quality checks, to make sure your item is as good as it can be.

​International Delivery

If you are overseas, we offer worldwide delivery. We do not offer free delivery for this service but we want to make sure our products are available to you. Prices vary depending on amount spent.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Should there be a problem with one of your Dog and Leaf Design purchase, please just get in touch with us. If you are not 100% happy with your order and the item is unused and in perfect condition, we'll happily exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, minus the costs of our postage.

Customers are responsible for return/exchange postage costs and a refund will be processed once we have received the items back and verified they are unused.

Exceptions

​If your returned item is not in the perfect condition it was sent to you in, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

​Personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
