CUSTOMER CARE

At Dog and Leaf Design we take customer care  very seriously, at the end of the day without you we wouldn't be able to create what we are passionate about. We want to keep things as simple as possible for you, as we all know that making things difficult is pretty pointless in terms of making a sale. This is why we have made contacting us really easy, either give us a call or drop us an email with any queries. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours so you are not left waiting too long.

We want to make sure you are aware that we use a lot of natural products so the item received may differ slightly to the item pictured, this however will not effect the functionality of the item.

If you are enquiring about a bespoke order, please help us a much as possible by including a detailed description and / or images (preferably JPG or JPEG) as well as a phone number so we can get in touch if we need further information. Sometimes a phone call is much easier in this context. Also, please be aware that we have the right to alter the design to make sure it is suitable for our equipment. We will however, send you a computer image of the design before we bring it to life so you can give us your seal of approval. Once bespoke items have been made no changes can be done and we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on these items. By placing a bespoke order you accept full responsibility of ensuring all specifications are accurate. IF you need to change anything please contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed allowing us as much time as possible to make those changes before we get to the manufacture of the item(s).

Items are either dispatched with Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the size. We ensure that the items are packaged suitably before they leave us so if an item was to be damages when it arrives with you please get in touch with us. We will provide you with proof of dispatch, purchase etc. to make you claim with the delivery firm go as smoothly as possible.

 

We understand that items have the chance of getting lost or stolen once we have sent them on their way to you. We do not accept any liability if this were to happen, you need to make the claim with the courier yourself. As stated above, please do get in touch with us and we can provide proof of purchase and dispatch etc, to make the claim process as painless as possible. By obtaining proof of postage my end of our contract of transaction is complete and by purchasing you agree this is fair and sufficient.

Your privacy, and the privacy of all users of Dog and Leaf Design is of the highest priority. This privacy statement explains what information we gather from you, how it may be used by us and how it is protected. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Your information
If you request information from Dog and Leaf Design through any of our e-mail addresses or Contact Form, we use the information you submit to fulfill your requests (such as sending informational materials, responding to specific inquiries or adding names to our opt-in e-mail newsletters) but we also may use information in connection with internal marketing and sales initiatives. This information is used for business contacts only.

Client lists
We do not otherwise sell, rent, exchange or disclose our client lists or information about our Web site users, except to the limited extent necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of our company, our clients, or others or to comply with applicable law or if we are acquired and client information or information about our Web site users is a transferred asset.

Cookies
We do not place cookies on visitors' computers. However, Dog and Leaf Design does gather information pertaining to Web site visitors browsers (user agents), click paths, operating system, IP address etc.... This information is routinely collected by ALL major Web servers by default. Dog and Leaf Design uses such information solely to provide a more beneficial visitor experience in terms of content and compatibility.

Sessions
To make your shopping experience with us as effective as possible we use sessions to record your browser activity and update the shopping cart throughout the process. The session will allow us to update the cart, your order and generate invoices automatically. Upon leaving the site, the session will expire.

Fraud Protection System
Fraudulent credit card use degrades the quality of the service we offer our customers. We track all shopper IP address as one part of our fraud detection procedure. This is to ensure shoppers are who they say they are. Suspect orders will be dealt with swiftly and politely. This active participation in preventing fraud ensures we continue to offer the best products and services at the best possible price.
